Regulations
The regulations of the PALACE Status and PALACE@sea distinctions were set on 5th November 2020. They define the purpose of the label, the eligibility of candidates, the composition of the application file and the functions and obligations of the commission.
Before committing to an assessment, request written confirmation of the applicable requirements, visit duration, number of auditors and expenses from hello@palacestatus.com.
Using the published documents
The regulations below remain the published 2020 framework. The application PDFs contain historical dates and differing eligibility wording. These pages do not amend the regulations or silently resolve those differences.
Start with the villa application guide or yacht application guide. Confirm the applicable criteria in writing before assembling a dossier or accepting visit costs.
