PALACE STATUS website privacy notice
This notice describes the personal data used by this website and its assessment enquiry forms. For the data controller’s full legal identity and postal address, contact hello@palacestatus.com.
What data do we collect?
The assessment enquiry form collects the villa or yacht name, your name, role, email address and property location or home port. If you contact the team by email, the message and any information you choose to include are also received.
The hosting provider may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and date and time of access.
How do we use the data?
Enquiry data is used to respond to you, discuss eligibility, application documents, assessment arrangements and related services, and to protect the form from abuse.
This website does not provide customer accounts or online payment. Sending an assessment enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing; separate agreement would be needed for promotional messages.
Hosting and form processing
The site is hosted by Netlify. Assessment forms use Netlify Forms, which receives the submitted fields and makes them available to authorised administrators of the PALACE STATUS Netlify project. Replies may then be handled through the team email service.
No payment-card details, identity documents or confidential property files should be sent through this short enquiry form. The team can agree an appropriate channel before receiving a full application.
Cookies and external links
The current site code does not add analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may still use essential technical measures and logs to deliver and secure the service.
The site links to external services such as Instagram and an archived press article. Those services receive information under their own privacy terms only when you follow the external link.
Retention and security
Enquiry data should be kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage any resulting business relationship, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may ask the team which retention period applies to your enquiry.
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal data, and to request portability. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, email hello@palacestatus.com. The team may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes to this notice
This notice describes the website version reviewed on 4 September 2026. It should be updated when the form provider, data uses, legal entity or retention practices change.
